imaginary bodies
Imaginary Bodies is a series of 7 workshops that aims at rediscovering each body’s potential for movement through guided experimentation and knowledge of Yogic and Western anatomy.
The encounters happen once a week and consist of a mix of theory and practice. Each theme offers the possibility to add to the participant’s personal movement journey and to their professional creation in case they are also artists, teachers, or therapists.
Although each encounter has a different theme, they are connected through the idea of constant practice. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and share knowledge from their own movement practice, and reflect on the implications of the workshop in their personal work.
This way, Imaginary Bodies becomes a space of gathering and exchange, supporting invidivuals in their personal and collective movement journey.
