Ana has been involved with dance and performing arts since 2001. In 2019, she started developing solo works which relate physical practices to other artistic disciplines such as writing, drawing, and video. Her works are directly connected to her practice of teaching, building a pedagogical-therapeutic approach to dance making.
Ana holds a MA in Choreography and Performance from the JLU-University of Giessen (Germany) and has taken part in the programm Art as Social Practice, from the HfmdK, Frankfurt. She currently works in between Berlin and Sao Paulo.
